Dr. Daniel Siegel

Connecting With People: How Interpersonal Neurobiology Can Change the Way You Lead

Dr. Siegel is a clinical professor of psychiatry at the UCLA School of Medicine and the founding co-director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA. He is also the Executive Director of the Mindsight Institute which focuses on the development of mindsight, which teaches insight, empathy, and integration in individuals, families and communities.

Dr. Siegel has published extensively for both the professional and lay audiences. His four New York Times best sellers are: Mind: A Journey to the Heart of Being Human, Brainstorm: The Power and Purpose of the Teenage Brain, and two books with Tina Payne Bryson, Ph.D: The Whole-Brain Child and No-Drama Discipline. His other books include: The Developing Mind, The Pocket Guide to Interpersonal Neurobiology, Mindsight, The Mindful Brain, The Mindful Therapist, The Yes Brain (also with Tina Payne Bryson, Ph.D), and his new book Aware. Dr. Siegel also serves as the Founding Editor for the Norton Professional Series on Interpersonal Neurobiology which contains over sixty textbooks.

Sky Jarrett is a Management Consulting Executive at Accenture and co-founder of Transcend LLC, a mindfulness coaching and consulting firm aimed at supporting individuals, groups, and organizations transcend their limits and achieve extraordinary results through mindfulness practices. As a strong advocate, instructor, and change agent for mindfulness in the workplace, Sky has been successful in bringing mindfulness to one of the world’s largest consulting firms. She is committed to expanding the reach of mindfulness across industries and geographies and spends a large portion of her time coaching and instructing hundreds of individuals in mindfulness principles globally and speaks at conferences across the country.

Rich Fernandez

How You Can Cultivate Future-Ready Leadership

Rich Fernandez is the CEO of SIYLI (Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute). He was previously the director of executive education and people development at Google, where he was also one of the first SIY teachers. Rich previously founded Wisdom Labs and has also served in senior roles at eBay, J.P. Morgan Chase and Bank of America. He received his PhD in Psychology from Columbia University. Rich combines nearly two decades of experience working at top organizations with his deep expertise in cognitive psychology, human performance science and organizational systems to deliver transformational people development solutions in business settings.
